Meet Lead Coach Eric Ridings, B.S., LMT
After graduating with a degree in Exercise Science, Eric Ridings entered the fitness industry in 2012, starting at Equinox Fitness Clubs. During his time there, he rose to the highest position available to trainers. Throughout his career, Eric has constantly pursued higher education in golf and human movement, including:
- Titleist Performance Institute Level 2 Fitness Coach
- Titleist Performance Institute Certified Power Coach
- Clinical Massage Therapist
- Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialist

GOLF FITNESS CLASSES
Join our membership to participate in weekly golf-specific fitness and mobility classes. These classes are based off Titleist Performance Institute's Physical Assessment and Power Courses. Throughout these classes, you will develop mobility, flexibility, core strength and power all while reducing the incidence of injury. The classes are 45 minutes and will develop a resilient body and challenge the cardiovascular system. All classes are live and stay available after class is over so you can follow along on your schedule.

There is no single way to swing a golf club effectively. However, there is one efficient way for every individual player to swing based on the player's body and unique physical capabilities. As a Level 2 TPI Certified Fitness Professional and TPI Power Coach with a deep understanding of how your body functions when swinging, I will help you increase performance by fixing your body's limitations and enhancing mobility.
1:1 MOBILITY SESSIONS
For anyone experiencing movement and/or performance issues. All sessions include a posture assessment, movement assessment, deep tissue massage therapy, Graston Technique Therapy, Cupping Therapy and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). The extent of the type of therapy will be determined by the clients personal evaluation.
